Check-in and Check-out Procedures

  • Self check-in and check-out is available. Door codes for smart locks will be provided for contactless access.
  • Check-in and check-out times may be flexible depending on other bookings. Early check-in or late check-out may be available for an additional charge.

Property Access

  • This is a duplex home. The lower unit is being booked; the upper unit may have other guests. The two units do not share any common space and have separate entrances. The upper unit has exclusive access to the upper deck and hot tub.
  • Both units can be rented together (6 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 3 floors).

Policies and Rules

  • Minimum rental age is 25 years.
  • No smoking allowed inside the home, including e-cigarettes. Smoking is only permitted on the outdoor deck. A $750 fine applies for smoking inside.
  • Quiet hours are from 10pm to 8am. The property is equipped with Minut smart home technology to monitor volume levels, in compliance with privacy requirements.
  • Fireworks are not permitted.
  • No events allowed.
  • Children allowed.
  • Winter weather is unpredictable. Weather-related refunds are not offered. Travel insurance is recommended. All-wheel drive and winter tires are also recommended.
  • A signed written rental agreement is required after booking.

  • A non-refundable pet fee per dog applies for up to two dogs.
